Elaine Seat, Ph.D.—faculty, Graduate & Executive Education. Elaine has 20 years’ experience as a design engineer and engineering manager and is the founder of the leadership development minor for engineering undergraduates at UT. She also has over 16 years of experience consulting and teaching, and she specializes in developing leadership skills for engineering and technical professionals. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering and a doctorate in sports psychology with an emphasis in technical performance.
